Cancellation Policy –
If your booking does get cancelled for any reason by Brocks Outdoor Adventures, you will receive a full refund or offered to rebook for a later date.
If you wish to cancel your booking within 48 hours of your activity time, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel before the 48 hours of your activity you will receive any money paid back or alternatively you can rebook for a later date.
Late arrivals and no shows will be treated as cancelations on your half and won’t be refunded.
Please let us know if you need to cancel ASAP so we can help assist you.
All children to be supervised by an adult when visiting Brocks Outdoor Adventures.
Drugs & Alcohol
Brocks Outdoor Adventures has a 0-tolerance policy towards drugs and alcohol being brought on or taken on site. No participant should be under the influence of drugs or alcohol when visiting Brocks Outdoor Adventures whether participating in an activity or not. If any of our instructors suspect a guest visiting Brocks Outdoor Adventures is under the influence of drugs or alcohol they have the right to refuse the proceedings of any activity they were booked for.
Weather & Clothing
We operate in all weathers!
Yes – we are an all-outdoor business - which means there are limited places to shelter if it rains, so please bare this in mind and dress accordingly to the weather as we won’t cancel your booking due to bad weather. Shoes always need to be closed-toe and sensible. If our instructors feel you are not dressed properly for the activity you are participating in, they have the right to refuse you due to safety purposes.
